You will notice several things.  At the top, it says CHDCMBR.Y2KXI, meaning it is a tour date for 2011.

Then it says TGA 48,69 -- These are Longitude and Latitude for the center of Kazakhstan.


SXF is code for Berlin, Germany's airport.  Then it says 88,637,  It refers to http://www.tycoelectronics.com/catalog/pn/en/1-88637-4, which means that Coheed will be putting together some sort of electronic doomsday device in Berlin.  They will then use it to launch war against Kazakhstan.
